The staff was friendly and helpful, made the situation a bit better, but the cleanliness issue was a big problem. I mean, we noticed the cigarette burns on the comforter right away, and honestly, nothing was dirtier than when my son woke up with those bed bug bites like it was nothing

It was pricey for the shape it was in but still bearable with some decent service at least.

the hotel is just a few steps from both olive garden and mcdonald's, making meal options super convenient, and it's also close to beautiful parks like columbian park and murdock park for lovely weekend strolls.
